Fixed price or quote? Why our Products page has both
Our Products page looks like an online store, and for a good part of it, it is one: you pick a service, pay, send a short brief and the work gets done. Other items show "from" and a Get a quote button instead. The difference is not marketing; it comes down to how predictable the work is.
Buy online: when the scope is always the same
Setting up business e-mail with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, connecting a domain with HTTPS, submitting an app to the App Store, an SEO audit, an app icon: we have done these enough times that the work fits a fixed scope. So they have a fixed price, you pay online with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you get an invoice with your company details.
- Pay online through Stripe.
- Send the brief on the page you land on after payment. It takes about two minutes.
- We confirm within one business day. If the job does not fit the fixed scope, you get a full refund.
Get a quote: when the scope is yours to define
An iPhone app, a Shopify app, a web platform or a game is different every time. The "from" price is the smallest complete version; your version might be exactly that, or it might need accounts, payments, integrations and three languages. A quote turns your description into one fixed number before anything starts.
- You get a fixed price, a timeline and a list of what is included, within one business day.
- No obligation: a quote is free.
- Projects are paid 40% upfront and the rest on delivery, with 30 days of free fixes after launch.
Not sure which one you need?
Ask for a quote. If it turns out to be one of the fixed-price items, we will tell you and send the link.
